Oh... it's this question again...

This is definitly a question that should be answered in the FAQ (if it isn't already).

Take a look at the Agents FAQ:

Especially item #2 and #3 might be of assistance.

In short: When a scheduled agent runs and tries to access local UNC paths, it doesn't matter what security setting You have or who has signed the agent. It is the SERVER that is trying to access the share, and therefore the SERVER needs to run under a windows account that has proper security access. If You install the server and run it under the standard local admin account - you will not be able to let scheduled agents access shares.

When You run an agent through Your client, then the access will be evaluated with Your windows account.
